❥ I do not work with emergency deadlines. E.g. "Hey Anddras I want this full render scenery artwork for tomorrow..." PLEASE DON'T ಥ_ಥ

❥ Nevertheless I do work with rush request with a minimum of seven days and an extra fee from 10% to 20% of the final price.

❥ These commissions are for non-commercial use only, for commercial commissions email me to [email protected] since prices are different.

❥ Artwork will usually include the artist signature (me) except for album cover art or commercial comms - please avoid removing or covering it.

❥ I own the right to use the artwork I create for you as portfolio pieces and for self-promotion such as social media posts (with client names attached). If you don't want your name to be attached please let me know beforehand.

❥ Any kind of modifications or alterations of the artwork is prohibited without my consent.

❥ You are free to utilize the artwork in any way as long as it is non-profited and I am credited as the concept artist or illustrator.

❥ VISUAL REFERENCES ARE REQUIRED - They are mandatory when filling out the request form.

❥ I have the right to decline a commission request for any reason.

❥ Final artwork could be done within 1-8 weeks from the time you make the payment. Deadline will depend on complexity, your queue position and how busy I could be at the time, please consider that I take multiple commissions at the same time, I sell merch of my art and I am a YouTube creator so this also influences the delivery time.

👀𝐀𝐁𝐎𝐔𝐓 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐒𝐈𝐙𝐄 𝐎𝐅 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐊: I usually work on A3 or A4 canvas size @ 300dpi, sometimes I will adjust canvas size to fit the pose and/or subject(s), but if you need an specific size let me know beforehand.

✨𝐀𝐁𝐎𝐔𝐓 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐌𝐀𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐎𝐅 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐌𝐈𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍✨

❥ All requests (accepted, waitlisted or rejected) will be answered in a maximum time of 3 days.

❥ Once accepted I'll email or DM you with the final price of your request for your confirmation and then proceeding with the payment.

❥ Once the payment is done I'll start working on your commission, again, depending on various factors and your queue position.

❥ 1 or 2 rough sketches comps will be sent over for consideration and approval, before work begins. The client should select one option and can request bigger changes for free in this phase only.

❥ Second sketch will be sent for approval.

❥ On painting/coloring phase, only two rounds of small edits and adjustments are allowed if needed.

❥ Once the artwork is almost done or even finished, bigger edits will incur an additional charge based upon the request.

❥ If I have forgotten or missed anything, I will edit the commission at no additional fee, as long as that information was included and made clear in the original form sheet, description or during the process.

❥ These rates will be commercial rates and as such usually significantly higher. Pieces used for commercial projects will require a rights and usage contract to be written up and signed by client and myself before any work is to begin.

❥ The artworks I create for clients are for their personal use, but I retain copyright of those images as the artist and as such these images may not be used for profit by the client. This includes reproduction items to sell.

❥ Feel free to post any artwork I have made for you on social media, websites or any online media but please remember to credit and make sure my signature is visible.

❥ I reserve all rights to the artwork, including rights of distribution.

❥ If you want the artwork kept private indefinitely (meaning your piece will not be posted publicly or used on my portfolio site), I will do that for an additional charge of 20% of the final commission price. This fee does not apply to commissions kept private only for a set amount of time, such as holiday or birthday gifts.

❥ Regarding NFTs, Blockchain and other Crypto-related usage: nothing made by me, Anddras, may be used in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future industry inventions until I indicate otherwise.

❥ Prices are expressed in US Dollars.

❥ Payment is 100% upfront for commissions under $100.

❥ For commissions over $100, payment can be split 50% upfront and 50% after first sketch approval.

❥ Payments are through PayPal, Zelle, Reserve, Bank Transfer, Binance.

❥ Transfer fees are on the commissioner (you) and will be added to the final price depending on your request and payment method (PayPal).

❥ Consider that if payment is not made within 5 days of payment info being sent, your spot may be given to another person.

❥ If you'd prefer me to put you on wait-list instead pls let me know.

❥ No payment is needed to hold your spot on the wait-list, however being on the wait-list doesn't guarantee a spot.

❥ Payment (at your request) is only required to obtain and maintain a spot.

❥ If you need to cancel, please let me know as soon as possible.

❥ Refunds are not available once the artwork is completed.

❥ Refunds are only available before I start working on your request or if the piece is not completed.

❥ If you need to cancel and work has already begun, a refund will be issued equal to the amount of work not yet completed.

❥ I reserve the right to cancel a commission due to communication issues, late payment, discomforts or improper conduct.

❥ If I need to cancel the commission due to events in my own life, a full refund will be issued.
